AUDIO TAPE (ANY FORMAT) TO DIGITAL - $12/tape (add $5 to copy to CD. Includes printed label & paper sleeve)
VIDEO TAPE (Mini DV or VHS) TO DIGITAL - $15/tape (add $5 to copy to DVD. Includes printed label & paper sleeve)
VINYL 45 RPM TO DIGITAL - $7/record (add $5 to copy to CD. Includes printed label & paper sleeve)
VINYL LP 33 1/3 RPM TO DIGITAL - $17/record (add $5 to copy to CD. Includes printed label & paper sleeve)
CD/DVD DUPLICATION - $5/disc (includes label & paper sleeve)
DIGITAL CONVERSION PRICE assumes customer is providing their own storage medium. We will provide USB FLASH DRIVES, as-needed - $10 per flash drive, regardless of capacity.
*If your tape cartridge is physically damaged and requires replacement parts in order to be playable, there will be an extra charge of $7.00.
**We can do only ¼” quarter-track reels. Tape speed must be 3 3/14 or 7 ½ IPS.
***Mini-DV is a finicky format. Duplicating these tapes is hit or miss. No charge if our equipment cannot play your tapes.
PLEASE NOTE – Analog tape starts to deteriorate after about 10 years. Many reel to reel tapes, starting in the late 1970’s, now suffer from “Stick-Shed Syndrome”, a condition created by the deterioration of the binders in magnetic tape. If your tape requires “baking”, there will be an extra $10 charge.
CAUTION - Deltafox Media Services will not be responsible for deteriorated media that might become further damaged during the process of being played on our equipment.

On-site Labor (begins at hour 2, billed in quarter hours) $90/hr
Weekend / Evening Rate $120/hr
In-Shop Labor (carry-in) $60

Non-I.T. Rates (A/V, Electronics)
